Message support
This one isn't encrypted. Unlike your reflections, a support message is stored in plain text and can be read by the person answering it. Please don't include anything from your examination or confession here.
How the encryption works
Before anything is uploaded, it's encrypted on your device (AES-256-GCM) with a key derived from your passphrase. The server stores only that sealed ciphertext — it never sees your passphrase, your key, or a single word you marked. That's also the trade: if you forget your username or passphrase, your saved data is gone forever. There is no reset email, no support ticket, no backdoor. We built it so that we couldn't read your conscience even if we were ordered to.
